  1. If contact with the store for the purpose of Exchange or Return is made within 14 DAYS after receiving the product, as provided by the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, which regulates distance and off-premises contracts.
  2. If the product is in perfect returnable condition, without signs of use, damage, and/or broken tags.
  3. If the received product is different from the one selected by the consumer at the time of purchase.
  4. If the product presents any manufacturing defects that compromise its use.
  5. If the personalized product presents defects and/or obvious manufacturing errors regarding the previously requested personalization.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT TO HIGHLIGHT:

  1. WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns after the 14-DAY period from the receipt of the product, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  2. WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns of product(s) with signs of use, damage, and/or broken tag(s), except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  3. WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns if the product does not fit the desired SIZE. To avoid inconvenience, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the Size Chart provided in the product page.
  4. WE DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns of personalized product(s) in case of regret, as provided by applicable legislation.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO INFORM: all shipping costs in the case of Exchange or Return are the responsibility of the consumer, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
